When modeling is no longer just a hobby

There are hobbies that come and go. They last a season, fill a dead end, and then end up at the bottom of a drawer.

Modeling was not that for me.

I’ve been doing this for over eleven years. And what started with four paints, a couple of tools, and half a meter of desk space has become something that takes up much more: time, mental energy, and a particular way of understanding a job well done.

It didn’t start with great pretensions. There was no plan, no intention to monetize anything, no brand aspirations. There was only a desire to learn. And modeling, when you give it time, gives you exactly that back: continuous learning, because in this craft you never reach the end.
